Base annual salary range: $128,550 – $138,550

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Dara Food, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output across all departments.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence both domestically and internationally.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
• Oversee sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Adopt modern marketing techniques and technologies to improve the brand awareness and brand engagement of the company.
• Use e-commerce and digital marketing tools to increase sales through digital channels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all health and safety policies are followed.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the company’s operations.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or its foreign degree equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field, and 2 years of experience as a general & operations manager, sales manager, marketing manager, or in a similar role/occupation. In addition, the position requires 2 years of experience with all of the following:

• Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Developing annual marketing and business plans.
• Managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Overseeing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing strategies.
• Managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Managing supply chain and logistics operations.
• Leading and developing cross-functional teams.
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met, including addressing customer inquiries and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
